Introduction :

Keyboards encompass a broader category of instruments, including digital pianos, synthesizers, electronic keyboards, and MIDI controllers. It can produce a wide range of sounds, including piano, organ, strings, synthesizers, and more, through electronic means. Keyboards are versatile instruments used in various musical styles, from classical and contemporary to electronic and experimental. Learning to play the keyboard involves mastering not only piano techniques but also understanding sound synthesis, programming, and digital music production.

  • Introduction to the Keyboard: keys, octaves, black and white keys, and the concept of scales.
  • Basic Techniques: Hand position, posture and proper finger placement.
  • Composition principles: balance, symmetry, focal points
  • Introduction to musical notation: notes, rhythms, time signatures, and dynamics.
  • Learning to read sheet music and interpret musical symbols
  • Understanding scales, chords, and basic harmonic concepts.
  • Playing melodies and simple tunes using both hands.
  • Exploring different musical genres suited to the keyboard
  • Receiving feedback and constructive criticism from instructors
  • 2 days in a week
  • 45 minutes session
